Memberships

Membership packages provide unlimited studio access for independent creation during our open studio hours (currently ~30 hrs/wk). Members are not required to attend, but attendance is strongly encouraged because we all deserve time to ourselves.

Handbuilding Studio Membership: Provides use of all tools, tables, glazes, extruder, slab roller, stamps, and nearly endless bits and baubles to spark your creativity. This package is intended for those who aren't interested in clay moving 60 mph, like to handbuild their items, or perhaps have a pottery wheel at home, and to provide those with more talent than funds to still play with clay and be part of our community.

WHEEL Membership: No expertise needed! Wheel members have access to everything in the studio PLUS  reserved 4 hrs per week on one of the Speedball pottery wheels on their preferred day. Your wheel will sit un-attended if you don't show up! Un-reserved wheels are available on a first-come-first-serve basis (ask your studio tech if there are free wheels when you arrive).

Kids: Independent membership for 16+ years, kids 12+ years are welcome if they have their own membership and are always accompanied by their responsible adult.

Members receive steeply discounted kiln firing services (0.06 per cubic inch) includes bisque firing, FREE studio glazes, and FREE glaze firing. 

Community rules are strictly enforced: This is a place of kindness, tolerance, learning, shared cleaning, and any form of bullying or abuse of the space will be addressed immediately. 

Membership requires a 1:1 safety and studio tour with staff to ensure everybody knows how to stay safe in here and properly dispose of pottery waste.
