We allow private classes/events for adults and children during times that the studio is not already in use. All class supplies provided, outside food/drink/decorations welcome. Fill out thee form below and we will contact you and coordinate directly and get more information.

Pottery Wheel Class: 90 minutes, Maximum 8 people ($70 each), 12+ yrs

old. Guaranteed at least 1 item, can keep favorite 2 creations.

Handbuilding Class: Making things with clay without a pottery wheel.

Maximum 24 people, 4+ yrs old

Price customized based on desired project:

Small project- 1/2 lb clay $25 (i.e. ring dish, spoon holder, saucer, small sculpture)

Medium project- 1 lb clay $45 (i.e. bowl, glass, medium sculpture)

Medium slab project-1.5 lb clay $55 (i.e. slab mug with handle, slab.

Private Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment in full is required to book your private event date.

Cancellations

More than 48 hours before the event: You may cancel for a full refund minus 9% credit crad processing fee of any payments made.

Within 24 hours of the event: Payments are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your event at no charge, subject to studio availability.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

Rescheduling Policy

• One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Guest Count Changes

If fewer guests attend than the confirmed count, refunds are not provided. Additional guests may be accommodated if space allows for $25 each.

Studio Cancellations

If the studio must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
