We allow private classes/events for adults and children during times that the studio is not already in use. All class supplies provided, outside food/drink/decorations welcome.

Pottery Wheel Class: Maximum 8 people ($70 each), 12+ yrs old

Handbuilding Class: Maximum 16 people ($45 each), 4+ yrs old

Painting Class: Maximum 16 people ($60 each), 4+ yrs old

Kids Party:

Handbuilding clay projects (customizable w/instructor):

Maximum 12 kids, minimum age 4

Acrylic Painting: Maximum 16 kids, minimum age 4

         Watercolor Painting: Maximum 16 kids, minimum age 4

Polymer clay sculpture: Maximum 16 kids, minimum age 4

Up to 6 kids $150

Up to 8 kids $200

Up to 10 kids $250

Up to 12 kids $300

+$25 per additional child up to 12 total party-goers

Kid's Pottery Wheel Party: 10+ years old, maximum 6 kids (minimum 4)

Private Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits & Payment Payment in full is required to book your private event date.

Cancellations

More than 48 hours before the event:You may cancel for a full refund of any payments made.

Within 48 hours of the event:Payments are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your event at no charge, subject to studio availability.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

Rescheduling Policy

• One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Guest Count Changes

If fewer guests attend than the confirmed count, refunds are not provided. Additional guests may be accommodated if space allows for $25 each.

Studio Cancellations

If the studio must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
