Description

Laguna B-Mix 5 Clay with Grog (WC436) is a mid-range stoneware clay body that incorporates fine grog to improve stability and workability. This formulation offers increased strength during forming, making it well suited for both wheel throwing and handbuilding techniques. The added grog enhances durability without sacrificing the smooth working qualities B-Mix is known for.

When fired to Cone 5, this clay achieves a shrinkage rate of 10.5% and an absorption rate of 2.5%, resulting in reliable firing results and a strong, well-vitrified finished surface.
